Developed in a joint venture with MBE Cylinder Heads and Manifolds in Mooresville, NC, each manifold is designed and machined to perfectly match any type of cylinder head. The modular billet components provide precise and balanced geometry and even air/fuel distribution to each engine cylinder for optimal volumetric efficiency. 5-axis aerospace machining techniques allows for the creation of contours and surface finishes that are not possible to duplicate by hand fabrication. This manifold will take sheet metal induction technology to the next level of performance.

CNC BILLET INTAKE RUNNERS
Hand-fabricated sheet metal runners cannot match the accuracy of our product. Made from 6061 T6 aluminum, each set of CNC runners is custom designed and machined to match any port geometry. CNC runners provide precise and balanced geometry to each cylinder for improved volumetric efficiency. 5-Axis machining allows us to control the inside surface finish and create contours that will optimize air/fuel delivery into the cylinder heads.
